Forms for MWR Customers

The Department of the Army has instituted a tracking system for Morale, Welfare and Recreation to better serve our customers. If you and your family members desire to use any of our MWR facilities, please complete the following application forms. Form #1 provides information on your household and Form #2 provides details on what interests you and your family. Gathering this data allows us to offer programs and services that meet your needs and enhance well-being for the Total Army Family.

Located on the beautiful Potomac, Fort Belvoir’s Marina offers a unique boating experience. The grand Potomac takes boaters past Mt.Vernon, the home of George Washington, and on to our nation’s capitol, offering a view of the city’s monuments and parks. For those who prefer to fish or stay close to nature, this area offers an abundance of quiet areas to relax and view eagles, herons, and other local wildlife.Take a quiet canoe ride around the immediate area to acquaint yourself with the beauty of Fort Belvoir.
