Forms for MWR Customers

The Department of the Army has instituted a tracking system for Morale, Welfare and Recreation to better serve our customers. If you and your family members desire to use any of our MWR facilities, please complete the following application forms. Form #1 provides information on your household and Form #2 provides details on what interests you and your family. Gathering this data allows us to offer programs and services that meet your needs and enhance well-being for the Total Army Family.

Parks

Parks Gazebo

Have your company organization day or family picnic with us! Fort Belvoir Parks are the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends, family and coworkers. We have 3 parks available.

Anderson Park is on North Post, next to Davison Airfield, and is accessible off of the Fairfax County Parkway (Route 7100) - through the Gate at the intersection of Ehlers Rd and Sanjer Dr.

Soldier Statesman Park is on North Post at the intersection of Goethals Rd and Constitution Rd.

Castle Park is on South Post, near the water (known as Tompkins Basin area). Follow Warren Rd west and, at the foot of the hill turn left on Johnson Rd to parking and then on to playgrounds and pavilions.

Reservations:

Reservations can be made at the Outdoor Recreation Building, 778 at Tompkins Basin. For your convenience we have added our reservation forms online. Please see below.

$100 reservation fee and $100 cleaning deposit due upon reservation.

Please note:

If plans are to have a barbecue, an open flame permit must be obtained thru the Fort Belvoir Fire Department.
