RENTAL POLICIES:

1. Proper I.D. is required for issue of MWR Outdoor recreational equipment.

All customers must read and understand the Equipment Issue contract. All contracts must be signed before any equipment release.

2. Daily rental is 24 hours or less. Weekend rentals may be picked up on Friday at 8 am and returned no later than Monday before 6 pm. A weekly rental totals 7 days.

3. Customers returning equipment after or before business hours will be charged the appropriate fee (late, negligence or replacement).

4. Reservations must be made and paid in full for grills, canopies, trailers, dunk tanks, tables, and chairs. A $50.00 cleaning deposit must be paid in full on the day of any grill reservations. Credit cards are recommended for grill cleaning deposits. Upon the return of a clean grill the credit card may be credited the day of return. Cash or check deposits require a two or three week return of deposit by check. Grills returned dirty will not be granted a cleaning refund.

5. All equipment must be inspected upon checkout and return by the customer and an Equipment Issue Center staff member for cleanliness, safety, and proper use of equipment. Please plan accordingly.

6. WET, DAMAGED OR DIRTY EQUIPMENT, ESPECIALLY CANOPIES AND CAMPING TENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cleaning, damage, and/or late fees will be charged. No exceptions! Extra time is granted to clean, dry, or repair equipment at no charge. However, the customer must notify the Equipment Issue Center staff by telephone if extra time is needed. The staff must also check to make sure the equipment is not reserved for another customer.

7. Large group rentals (example: only two tents per one family of 6), with the exception of military functions, are not granted. Individuals signing the equipment contract are responsible for their own equipment requests and any additional incurred fees.
