Parents are welcome to celebrate their child's birthday within our programs. However. it must be done with prior approval of the FCC provider or the CDC director. Elaborate parties with gifts and favors are for your home environment. We also limit the amount of sugary foods and snacks our children consume. Birthday celebrations should be a natural extension of the developmental program and should not disrupt normal routines.
