The
Department of the Army has instituted a tracking system for Morale,
Welfare and Recreation to better serve our customers. If you and your
family members desire to use any of our MWR facilities, please complete
the following application forms. Form
#1 provides information on your household and Form
#2 provides details on what interests you and your family. Gathering
this data allows us to offer programs and services that meet your needs
and enhance well-being for the Total Army Family.

The Fort
Belvoir Community Club provides quality services and products
to the military community, DOD components, and their guests
in the Military District of Washington. We cater events from 50-300 guests, including
Weddings, retirements, socials, promotions parties, meetings
and conferences. We can do it all for you! Before you book your
next event check out our services, facilities, and prices. The
Fort Belvoir Community Club is a non-membership club open to
all ranks and grades. Come and enjoy the total Community Club
experience!
Recreation/ITR
and Community Club Become One
Fort Belvoir MWR Recreation and ITR (also known
as Sosa Community Center) have re-located with the Community
Club, in building 1200 on Taylor Road. This combined facility
is now called the Fort Belvoir Community Center. The
Center offers Services to Belvoir in 1 Convenient Location
with many new exciting programs to come such as Texas Holdem’ on
April 19 in the New Lounge, Patch & Crest on May 4; Travel
Expo on May 9, June 19 & 20;
Father’s Day Brunch on June 15, and BUNCO! All
regularly scheduled classes have also moved to building 1200. Make
sure to visit at the NEW and improved location for all your
travel, ticket and recreation needs! Call 703-805-3714
for more information. The Community Club functions such as
meetings, conferences, and wedding receptions are still offered. Call
their new numbers, 703-805-8471 and 703-805-8472 for more
information. The Sosa building is undergoing renovation and
will reopen as the new home for Army Community Service and
the Soldier Family Assistance Center sometime in June.
The
Community Club has everything for your catering needs. We can
make arrangements for disc jockeys, live bands, rental items,
invitations, limousine and photography services. Our beautiful
and newly renovated rooms can accommodate 50-300 party guests.
Ask
us about our Dinner and other Special Events, Breakfast,
Lunch and Holiday packages.

Club Lounge
The Community Club Lounge located in the Community Center will be open from 4pm
to 8pm starting on Wednesday and Thursday April 16 & 17. The Friday Shrimp,
Crab Legs, and Karaoke remains and ongoing program. The Lounge will have 10-count
chicken wings, steak fries, and cole slaw for $5.99.
