Forms for MWR Customers

The Department of the Army has instituted a tracking system for Morale, Welfare and Recreation to better serve our customers. If you and your family members desire to use any of our MWR facilities, please complete the following application forms. Form #1 provides information on your household and Form #2 provides details on what interests you and your family. Gathering this data allows us to offer programs and services that meet your needs and enhance well-being for the Total Army Family.

CEFC provides trips for the recreation and entertainment of the Fort Belvoir Civilian DoD employees and their guests.


Current Information


Rockfish Fishing Trip at Solomons Island
Sponsored by the CEFC; date: June 28, 2008; Time: Bus will be at Sosa at 7 a.m., depart at 8 a.m. and return at 6 p.m.  Cost is $90.00 per person.  Fort Belvoir DoD Civilian Employees and 3 family member guests (total 4).  Trip includes bus to and from Solomons Island. Lunch will be served on the boat. Fishing gear and bait are included.  Sign up in Bldg 210, basement office.  POC is Charlene Anderson at 703.805.4126, Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.  First Come First Served.

Cook Book
The Civilian Employee Fund Council (CEFC) has prepared a cook book with recipes submitted by Fort Belvoir emplo
yees. You can purchase one of these books from the CEFC clerk located in the basement of Bldg 210 (phone # 805-4126) for $10.00.
