Welfare and Recreation to better serve our customers. If you and your
family members desire to use any of our MWR facilities, please complete
the following application forms. Form
#1 provides information on your household and Form
#2 provides details on what interests you and your family. Gathering
this data allows us to offer programs and services that meet your needs
and enhance well-being for the Total Army Family.

Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) on the Web
The Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) has implement a web based
application, providing data centralization and enhanced security
for the program’s computer system. This requires all clients,
both current and first time visitors, to have an AKO user name and
password to log onto the ACAP XXI system. We strongly encourage
everyone who can establish an AKO account to do so before coming
to the ACAP center for their first visit. Those individuals who
do not have an account at the time of their first visit will get
assistance from the center to obtain an account. Please contact
