May 2012 is the Month of Strong B.A.N.D.S. promoting fitness & resiliency - You can WIN prizes every Day!
The U.S. Army Strong B.A.N.D.S. campaign promotes Soldier and Family fitness and community well-being by showcasing garrison physical activities during National Physical Fitness and Sports Month in May. B.A.N.D.S. stands for Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength -- all key components of overall well-being. A program of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation directorate, the campaign is designed to energize and inspire community members to live a healthy lifestyle. The garrisons will give black and gold wristbands to participants of their activities during the promotion. The black represents determination and the gold, achievement.

Our Senior / Retirees League Bowls on Monday & Friday at 11:30 am. You must be 50 years or older and the fee is $13 each time you bowl. Ladies are welcome!

The Strike Zone Cafe & Eatery
The Strike Zone has a brand new menu! We offer a variety of delicious menu choices including Primo's Pizza, Burgers & Sandwiches, Salads & Snacks, Combo Meals and Beverages. Also now serving Signature Wraps, Sweet Potato Fries, Veggie Burgers Kids Meals, Chicken CheeseSteaks, and more! Our New Express Section offers many pre-made items designed to get you in, out and back on your way!

Group Functions and Birthday Parties

*Unit Functions, Group Parties, and Birthday Parties are by reservation only. All Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Please book your party as early as possible, our reservation spaces tend to be filled up as early as 6 weeks ahead of time, especially in the Spring.
Bumpers
Did you know that we have optional, computerized bumpers on all of our lanes? One of the neat things about the new bowling system is that small kids or specially challenged individuals who need bumpers can bowl on the same lane as their parents and sisters and brothers. The system allows the bowlers to specify ahead of time that one or more bowlers in the group need bumpers. Each time that person's turn comes up, the bumpers automatically raise, just for that person's turn, then revert to normal for the rest of the bowlers who had not specified needing bumpers. This is possible on EVERY lane, not just a few; so families can have fun and bowl together.
The Bowling Pro Shop
The Fort Belvoir Bowling Center Pro Shop features top of the line equipment for fair prices that offer you the most for your money. We feature custom fitting and advanced drilling techniques.
